Plans for October
Same this year, I'm not going to be hosting a "Hunt" like I have in the past. Just no time and not enough energy. I have too many other projects going on. IT'S OCTOBER! IT'S HALLOWEEN TIME! I'm planning on doing Drawlloween again this year. I have my sketchbook all ready to go, and day 1 sketched. It would be nice if I could color them this year, but we'll see. Focus will first go to completing them. Along with Drawlloween I am still working on that crazy Harry Potter "baby" blanket with the hopes of getting it done before Oct 31 which is the parents' of said baby wedding (which I'm going to.) I'll probably continue to work on this during my lunch breaks, and Tuesdays during my online 5e D&D game. Last year most of my Drawlloween images were sketched at lunch. So not sure when those will get sketched lol. TIME! WHAT EVEN IS IT! To boot, I want to work on fabric pumpkins for my coworkers/family. Small ones, but they still take time. lol. Taigon Mini Show
This is an officially sanctioned show! Shayla Estate is proud to host the first - and currently only - Taigon Mini Show! This show is specifically for the Taigon breed so that owners can show and compete with their horses, and raise their Phosphor levels. The details Breed: Taigon Class: Multiple (see below) Rules: Full body or headshot welcome No quick, messy sketches. Must be at least flat colored Background not necessary (but remember, it adds points!) Lineart is not allowed. No reused images from other shows Each class will have 5 spots Classes will be ran once all five slots are filled, then a new round will begin. One horse may enter multiple events at once, but not the same event in the same round. You may include multiple entries in one image, but be clear on who is entering what. I'm not going to be hosting a "Hunt" this year like I have in the past. Just no time and not enough energy. I wasn't even sure I'd still be on dA at this point, but I am coming back into it now. One thing to look forward to (hopefully), I will soon be hosting a never-ending rng show specifically for the Taigon breed. Details on that coming soon. If you don't have one, you can get your first free by advertising the breed, or you can borrow group horses, or my herd is available. IT'S OCTOBER! IT'S HALLOWEEN TIME! I'm debating doing Drawlloween this year. Technically I've already started, drawing in that chibi style I have, using my two new Faime girls. But with it being chib they only get half points for the image itself. So maybe I'll change and draw my Taigons? I don't know. This becomes way too stressful for something fun.
